Cancellation Policy
A 48 hour cancellation or reschedule is required for all appointments. If a cancellation or reschedule is within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. If you are a no-show to your appointment without any contact, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. If you are running more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, there is no guarantee of a full service. I will always try my best to accommodate my clients, but if time does not permit, the service will be cut short and amended. If you are too late to receive any service at all, you are responsible for the full price of the scheduled service and will need to rebook your appointment at your convenience. All fees must be paid to rebook. Thank you for respecting my time and policies.
